No, there is no obligation after downloading the app. You can browse the platform, and only bid or purchase leads when you’re ready.
03. How Do I Start Bidding?
Once you’ve downloaded the app and created an account, you’ll be notified when there’s a new lead that matches your preferences. From there, you can place your bid, and if you’re the highest bidder, you’ll win the lead and connect directly with the client.
04. What is a "Verified" Lead?
A verified lead means that we’ve interacted with the client, confirmed the service they need, their location, and that they’ve approved sending their details to a trusted agent. This ensures high-quality leads with accurate information.
05. How Does a Lead Price Get Calculated?
Our AI generates deep questions for the client. As more detailed answers are provided, and as the urgency and budget increase, the AI adjusts the starting bid price accordingly. All of the client’s responses and details are made visible during the lead auction, helping providers make informed decisions.
06. How Do I Pay for Leads?
You can pay for leads using the credits you’ve uploaded to your account. Payment methods include major credit cards, and you can track all transactions in your account dashboard.
07. What Can Be the Lead Price?
Lead prices can start as low as $10 and go up to $10,000. When you sign up, you can select the value range of the leads you’re interested in. Bids for Leads will only notify you when a lead matches your chosen price range.
08. What if the Lead Quality Doesn’t Meet the Standards?
If the lead doesn’t meet our verified standards, you can file a dispute. After a review, we will offer a refund or a replacement lead.
09. Do I Receive Any Signing Bonus?
Yes! Once you’ve connected your payment method, you’ll receive 100 AED as a signing bonus. You will also get 2 months of free subscription!
