At BidsforLeads, we strive to ensure that the leads provided to our service providers meet the highest standards of quality and relevance. However, if a lead does not meet your expectations, we offer a transparent and fair dispute process. Please review our dispute policy below to understand how disputes are handled.

1. Response Time for Disputes


Non-Subscribers: Disputes will be reviewed, and a response will be provided within 5 business days of submission.

Subscribers: Disputes will be reviewed, and a response will be provided within 48 hours of submission.


2. Monthly Dispute Limits


Non-Subscribers: Providers can file up to 3 disputes per month.
Subscribers: Providers can file unlimited disputes per month.


3. Reasons for Dispute


Providers can file a dispute for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect Phone Number: The lead’s provided phone number is invalid or unreachable.
  • Client Did Not Answer: The client did not respond to multiple attempts at communication.
  • Client Not Interested: The client clearly states “not interested” at the very beginning of the conversation.
  • Mismatch in Client Needs: There is a significant gap between the answers provided by the lead during the qualification process and their actual needs.


4. Proof Required for Dispute


To file a dispute, providers must submit relevant proof in the form of screenshots or other documentation, showing the following:

  • The conversation with the client, specifically a clear display of the client’s phone number.
  • The issue being disputed, such as lack of response or the client expressing disinterest..


5. Dispute Resolution Outcomes


After reviewing the dispute and provided evidence, BidsforLeads will determine one of the following outcomes:

  • Lead Replacement: The provider will receive a replacement lead for the disputed one.
  • Credit Refund: The provider will be credited the value of the disputed lead back to their account..


6. Partial Refunds


In cases where there is a partial discrepancy between the lead’s provided information and their actual needs, BidsforLeads may offer a partial refund to the provider. The refund amount will depend on the extent of the discrepancy.


7. Final Decision


BidsforLeads reserves the right to make the final decision on all disputes based on the evidence provided. The decision will be communicated to the provider within the specified timeframe based on the provider’s subscription status.
